My torn posterior tibial tendon required complicated ankle and foot surgery with tendon transplant for the ability to walk again. Dr. Tacconelli, my favorite orthopedist, sent me to Dr. Pearson. This operation is a big deal, with a long recovery requiring much patience. I am pleased to say that the outcome is a fully functional and pain-free ankle, with very little scarring. I respect Dr. Pearson's understanding of foot and ankle mechanics, and strongly recommend him for ankle surgery.
